HR Advisory Services and Virtual HR
These services are primarily aimed at SMEs, who for reasons of cost or flexibility prefer to commission HR support from outside.
The virtual HR service is aimed at taking all the worry away from the business so that managers can concentrate on customer service and growth. We take on all personal files; responsibility for policies and procedures; holiday and sickness records; management of the appraisal and development process; and give direct advice to employees if required. Quarterly HR reports are provided to the client Board.
The advisory service offers advice and support on recruitment, retention, control of sick absence and staff turnover, employee entitlements and so on. Clients can pay a retainer for an advisory service which provides 24/7 access to support from the skilled and experienced Tergo Ltd team. The service also includes a quarterly digest of changes and developments in employment legislation and regulations, with an analysis of their impact.
If the client wishes Tergo Ltd to undertake specific project work as a result, a project quotation will be provided.
Training, Development, Coaching and Mentoring
Tergo Ltd has particular expertise in sales and customer service training, management and leadership development, coaching in communications skills including presentation skills and media training, mentoring of senior managers, and team development.
